Since the establishment of the company, Seibu has been engaged in total engineering activities in the fields of electrical facilities as well as air conditioning facilities, hygiene facilities and instrumentation facilities under the principle of "Customer First" , demonstrating our originality at all times.
To date, we have participated in projects at skyscrapers including the 48 story New Tokyo Metropolis City Hall, the 42 story New Yokohama Prince Hotel, the 70 story Yokohama Landmark Tower, the 33 story Prince Hotel Park Tower and the 32 story Nippon Television Network Corporation New Bldg. In addition, we have been expanding our business overseas since ten-odd years ago, joining the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) of the US in 1991. China in 1992 and participated in a 29-story twin tower project in Shanghai.
We are living in an age of major transformation. We will continue to look at the world from the perspective of the customer as we strive to realize thorough quality control and reduction of lead time. We intend to continue evolving as specialists in the fields of electricity, air conditioning, hygiene and control for various facilities while nurturing flexibility in our ingenuity.
